POSTER GUIDELINES
- Posters at the RehabWeek 2025 conference will be presented as physical posters on poster boards.
- Posters must be A0 size (84.1×118.9cm or 33.1×46.8 inches), portrait format.
- The logo of the respective conference has to be placed on the top right corner of the poster (ACRM, ICORR, IFESS, IISART, ISVR, RESNA, MiNT)
- Setup time starts at 8am on Monday, May 12th. All posters must be set up at the latest by 5:30pm on Monday, May 12th. Posters have to be taken down from 2:15pm – 3:00pm on Thursday, May 15th or will be removed and tossed.
- Each poster presenter is responsible for printing, bringing their own poster and removing their poster at the dismantle time.
- All presenters have to be registered by February 24th at the latest for their posters to be included in the program.
- Presenters MAY (not mandatory) choose to share their posters as electronic version with conference attendees if they wish. All posters uploaded to the link (a link will be provided on the acceptance letters) by April 18th will be included in the e-poster gallery available in the conference mobile application. For all others, abstracts/papers will be included only.
- Poster needs to be submitted to Kenes through the link (a link will be provided on the acceptance letters) by April 18, 2025
- Poster should be submitted in pdf format.
- Please submit your Poster using following name convention: “AbstractID_ respective conference name e.g. ACRM, ICORR, IFESS, IISART, ISVR, RESNA, MiNT_PresenterName_PresenterSurname.pdf; Example: 001_ACRM_Anna _Smith.pdf.
REHABWEEK POSTER AWARD
The best 60 poster submissions from all 8 societies will be pre-selected for the RehabWeek poster award.
Those authors will be informed and are expected to present their poster during one of the poster fast forward sessions on Tuesday, May 13th, according to the distributed schedule.
The top 20 of these 60 candidates will be selected as finalists for the second round of judging, at their posters during the poster viewing and judging session on Wednesday, May 14th from 09:15 – 10:30am. These 20 finalists will be informed on Tuesday night, May 13th.
Individuals do not present at their poster during the judging session or those unable to present their poster during the fast forward session will automatically be disqualified from the poster competition.
Cash prizes with diplomas will be awarded to the top five overall RehabWeek poster presenters.

POSTER FAST FORWARD GUIDELINES
- Fast forward sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, May 13th from 09:00 – 09:45 and from 15:00 – 15:45. You will be informed about your slot and position by the April 30th.
- Poster presentation time is 60 seconds, the slide will disappear, and the presenter sent away after 60 seconds!
- 1 slide allowed, format .PPT landscape, no template will be provided, only a suggestion
- Absolutely no animations allowed, no movies embedded
- Leave a place on the top left corner for your poster number. It will be added later by Kenes once it’s available.
- Conference logo must be on the top right corner.
- Slide needs to be submitted to Kenes (email: gholat@kenes.com) by April 18, 2025; failure to submit the slide on time leads to exclusion from the poster fast forward session and award.
- Kenes will contact the corresponding authors if there are any technical problems
- Judging sheet (empty) will be shared with the authors, so they know what judges are looking for
- Slide submission should be made as the following: “AbstractID_PresenterName”
- Example of a poster Fast forward Slide for RehabWeek. Logos and poster number must be added in the indicated places.
- In addition to poster Fast forward Slide, candidates should prepare physical poster according to the poster guidelines and need to be present in front of their poster during the poster viewing and judging session on May 14th from 09:30am – 10:30am to be eligible for the award.
