Registration Conditions
*Members of participating societies qualify as RehabWeek members
**Students of all education levels, including PhD students can benefit from the student rates. To qualify for student rates, students must provide valid proof of enrollment in a full-time program at the time of RehabWeek 2025 (Student ID or written confirmation by their university).

RehabWeek offers the possibility of applying for reduced fees. Individuals from low-income countries (World Bank List of Low and Middle Income Countries) or individuals with a considerably reduced income (e.g., postdocs in certain countries), individuals between positions, those with an employer that does not financially support their attendance, or those otherwise unable to pay regular RehabWeek fees can apply to “Reduced Pass | Reduced Income & LMIC” category.

Please note, this is not meant to be a saving opportunity for everyone. We count on everybody’s FAIRNESS. It is a question of honor that only those who really need support apply! RehabWeek already makes an effort to keep fees manageable for all. 

All you need to do is fill out the application form. We’ll contact you if your application is confirmed. The application form will be available soon. 

• RehabWeek Passes grant access to all scientific sessions of RehabWeek and its participating conferences between May 13-15.
• RehabWeek Passes do not include access to workshops on May 12.
• For Exhibitor Passes, please refer to the sponsorship and exhibitor manual.

Cancellation Policy
Once validated with payment or invoice, registrations are subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations received until April 4 will be fully refundable with a deduction of USD 50 for administrative charges.
Cancellations received on and after April 5 will be non-refundable.

Please note that the cancellations will only be accepted with the official supporting documents like medical report or visa refusal letter. Cancellations due to late visa application results will not be accepted.

Remarks:
You may add on your registration with your credentials, but cancellations must be made in writing to the RehabWeek 2025 Congress Secretariat, Kenes M+, registrationrehabweek@kenes.com.

• All prices are inclusive of VAT and taxes.
• A confirmation letter will be mailed within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.

Terms of Payment
The official currency of the Congress is USD.
Payments should be made in advance by credit card or bank transfer.
Please make your bank transfer for your registration fee excluding the bank transfer charges.

Credit Card:
Holders of Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard and AMEX may use their cards to charge all costs. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied, and slight differences in the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.
